Welcome to Facility Cleaners. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://facilitycleaners.co.uk and any services you book with us. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in London and surrounding areas, including regular cleaning, one-off cleans.

2. Service scope

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services according to the type of service booked. The scope of work is outlined during booking. If you require additional services or changes, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and any additional costs.

3. Bookings

You can book our services online through our website, by phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline a booking request for any reason.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, including the property address, access details, and any special instructions.

4. Pricing and payment

Our pricing is clearly displayed on our website. Current rates are:

  • Regular house cleaning: £18 per hour.
  • One-off house cleaning: £20 per hour.
  • Commercial cleaning: £25 per hour.

Cleaning products and consumables are not included in the hourly rate. You can use your own products, or we can provide ours for a £95 per visit charge.

Invoices are issued after each completed service, and payment is due upon receipt unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods. Late payments may result in additional charges and suspension of services.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service value.

If our cleaners are unable to gain access to your property at the scheduled time due to incorrect details or lack of access, the full service fee may apply.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to the property at the agreed time.
  • Ensuring running water, electricity, and basic facilities are available.
  • Storing valuables securely prior to the clean.
  • Providing accurate instructions regarding alarms, entry codes, or keys.

Our cleaners are not permitted to carry out tasks that may put their health or safety at risk (e.g., lifting heavy objects, working at height without proper equipment).

7. Service quality and complaints

We strive to deliver services to a high professional standard. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service, and we will address the issue where appropriate.

We may request photos or further information to investigate complaints thoroughly.

8. Liability

We are fully insured, and all our cleaners are vetted. In the unlikely event of accidental damage or loss, you must report it to us within 24 hours of the service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all high-value, fragile, or sentimental items are safely stored or kept out of sight before the clean. We do not accept liability for damage to or loss of unsecured items left in plain view, or for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unstable items.

Except where liability cannot be limited by law, our total liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with any one service is strictly limited to £250. We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

9. Access and keys

If you provide keys or access codes, they will be stored and used securely for the purpose of providing the service. Keys are returned upon request or termination of services. We recommend key safes for regular clients to avoid missed appointments.

10. Termination of services

Either party may terminate regular services with at least 2 days’ notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if there is a breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour towards staff, unsafe working conditions, or repeated late payments.

11. Use of website

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Facility Cleaners Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website without prior written consent.

We may update or modify the website and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
