Efficient, thorough and pro-active - excellent!

Maria was excellent. I am very satisfied with her time keeping and work. A very sweet, hardworking lady. I am a bit disappointed with the company though. She was not told what the work involved even though I'd discussed my specific needs and even submitted photos. Whereas Russian and Polish are sister languages, Ukrainian and Polish are very distant cousins with the odd word here and there that is similar. We managed to communicate but it took some time and a lot of effort on both sides. Obviously you can only demonstrate the most basic of tasks. So though I'm very satisfied with Maria's efforts, quite disappointed with the company.

Luda is terrific. Always on time, does a really fantastic job, and is a really nice person too.

We used facility cleaners to do a deep clean of a 4 bedroom house that students were living in. Nadiia worked so hard in the 6 hours that she was there especially in this heat. The house looks amazing. I can’t thank her enough. I will definitely recommend and use the company again
