Not required. You can give us access instructions or be there at the start and return when we finish.

Can I add extras such as fridge or oven cleaning?

Yes. Extras simply add extra time to your booking, charged at the same hourly rate, no separate fixed fee applies.

What if the cleaning takes longer than expected?

We plan to finish within the booked time. If more time is needed, we'll inform you before continuing.

How do I pay for the service?

Payment is via bank transfer after the clean. We'll send you the payment details when the job is complete.
